Well Carden is 5 months and 2weeks old and the next BIG step is crawling!
I can't believe it is already here! I am getting nervous since nothing is baby proof.
He is still working on sitting up, but he prefers just lying on his stomach so he can spin
around and roll around finding fun things to play with. We tried to get a good shot of Carden pulling up into crawling position but of course he gets tired right when we get the camera out!

Oh my goodness! He is so close!!! Have you tried the blanket trick yet? Put a blanket (like a hammock) underneath his belly, and gently lift up so that he gets into "crawling position." It trains his tummy and back muscles, and it works great!
carden is totally strong enough to crawl he just will NOT bend his legs. they are permanently flexed (along with almost every other muscle in his body). it's cute to see him roll and spin to get places
